What time is hotel check-in and checkout?
Guests may check in to The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park at 3:00 p.m. MT. Checkout time is at 12:00 p.m. MT. We will gladly check your luggage pre or post-checkout to allow you the flexibility to explore El Paso without hassle.
What is your smoking policy?
We are a non-smoking hotel.
Is The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park a pet-friendly hotel?
Yes, we allow pets, though a $75 cleaning fee is required. We provide pet beds, bowls, and a keepsake hotel bandana for pets. For more information please click here.

Facilities and Services
Do you have a shuttle service from the airport?
No, we do not offer an airport shuttle. However, we recommend that our guests opt for on-demand car services such as Lyft or Uber. Our team is also happy to help arrange a private car service, with prices starting at $90.
What are the options for hotel parking?
Valet parking is available at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park Hotel. The fee is $30 + tax for overnight parking, with unlimited in and out access.
Does the hotel have facilities for business travelers?
The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park does not offer a business center. However, our guest services team will gladly assist you with your minor printing needs, and we provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park offers an expansive fitness studio, located on the lower lobby level.
It features two Peloton bikes with LIVE classes, one Mirror with a multitude of LIVE and on-demand classes, Gym Rax modular bays with multilingual virtual classes by master trainers, two TechnoGym elliptical machines, three TechnoGym treadmills, and free weights.
Towels, yoga mats, complimentary headphones, and water are also available.
Fitness center access is available for guest use only.

What restaurants do you have on property?
The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park will invigorate your senses at our two restaurants and bars, both under the direction of Chef Lawrence Acosta. On the lobby level, you’ll find Ámbar Restaurante, featuring wood-fired modern Mexican cuisine and the largest and rarest agave spirit collection in Texas.
