Our advanced cleaning protocols are supported by evidence-based science and are designed to keep guests and associates safe.
To maintain social distancing standards, guest elevators are limited to two people at a time or to one family/group unit.
Sanitation & Protection
All guests and staff are required to wear masks within public spaces unless dining in the restaurant. As of June 22, El Paso County has made this a mandatory effort for all businesses.
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel for convenience.
All guests receive a complimentary wellness kit at check-in which includes a surgical mask, gloves, and sanitizing wipe.
We are transforming our operational processes and establishing new service offerings that are quickly becoming an industry standard for health and wellness.
Reservations are required for dining, which allows our team to maintain the El Paso County and Texas State guidance of 50% occupancy while also seating tables six feet apart. Please contact Guest Services for assistance.
In-room dining from Ámbar Restaurante will also be available with a contactless delivery option.
In an effort to limit the capacity of our elevators, our highly anticipated rooftop bar and restaurant will remain closed to guests and the public.
The Plaza Mini Bar
All mini bar items have been removed and may be ordered at the preference of our guests. Contactless delivery is available.
We are leveraging innovative technologies to focus on the details, so you can spend more time experiencing the grandeur of our hotel.
The fitness center is available by reservation only to ensure we can properly disinfect equipment after each use. Please contact Guest Services for availability.
Our housekeeping team is using EPA-registered disinfectants to service rooms while also being mindful by wearing masks and gloves. Special care is placed on the bathroom fixtures, telephones, desk area, safe, door handles, and remote control. All paper items are newly replaced for each guest.
In an effort to minimize interaction and contact with our staff, rooms will be serviced every 3 days unless otherwise requested.

Cleaning protocols were developed with guidance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Restaurant Association (NRA), and the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).
